No Payment Processing LandMarket does not collect, hold, or transfer any money for property transactions. All deals are arranged and completed offline between users. 3. Listings Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. LandMarket may remove content that violates these terms. 4. Limitation of Liability LandMarket is not a party to any transaction and is not liable for disputes between users. Users should perform their own due diligence. 5. Changes We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
